June 17 & June 24, 6-8pm ET
We are living in liminal times, an in-between world where familiar structures are dissolving and something new is trying to emerge.
It sometimes feels as though everything all at once is in a process of transformation, and we do not yet know what the world will look like when things settle.
What if our dreams are responding to this threshold moment?
Sacred Sleep explores the mysterious borderlands between waking and sleeping, the liminal space where fleeting images, sounds, sensations, and “dreamlets” arise as consciousness shifts between states. These threshold experiences have long been associated with creativity, intuition, healing, and insight.
As the outer world moves through rapid transformation, Nature itself mirrors this in-between season. Summer is a liminal space as well, suspended between planting and harvest, emergence and fruition. Is our dreaming reflective of this transitional time? What hidden wisdom is quietly forming beneath the surface?
Through guided practices, reflection, and exploration, this workshop invites us into a deeper relationship with sleep, dreams, and the unseen movements within the psyche and soul. Together we will explore practices designed to help us listen more closely to these threshold states, not as escapism, but as preparation for what is coming into being both within us and around us.
Part I unfolds during the expansiveness of summer. Part II, offered in the fall, will explore what these practices have revealed — and what inner harvest awaits.
