My spiritual and personal development commitment has taken me across the United States and four continents. I have delivered presentations, training, and consultations to schools, universities, nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies, and businesses.

With decades of experience in higher education, I have taught and led programs in social work and communication and held national leadership positions in the social work profession. These experiences have equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and deep empathy needed to guide individuals and organizations in their journey toward greater fulfillment and well-being.
